오늘은 면접시 적당하지 않는 질문에 대한 내용입니다. 우리나라에서는 면접 때 개인적인 질문이나 차별적인 질문이 넘쳐나지만 미국 등의 나라에서는 그러한 질문을 하면 소송을 당할 수도 있습니다. 그래서 면접관도 조심을 해야 하고, 그런 질문이 꼭 하고 싶을 때는 법에 저촉되지 않게 피해서 해야 하고, 면접자도 자신에게 피해가 가지 않게 잘 돌려서 답을 해야 합니다.

First of all, this isn't correct in Korea. The job interview culture and law are totally different from other cuntries in Korea.

There are some inappropriate job interview questions.
They are about 
  • Race
  • Color
  • Sex
  • Religion
  • National origin
  • Birthplace
  • Age
  • Disability
  • Marital/family status
If the interviewer ask you about these, you don't need to answer directly.
You can change topic and refuse to answer the question.
