두부김치는 누구나 만들 수 있는 초 간단 요리입니다. (Tofu kimchi is really easy to cook)

재료 : 두부 1모, 신김치, 기름 (Ingredients : A cake of tofu, old[long-stored] kimchi, oil)
조리시간 : 20분 (Cooking time : 20 minutes)

냄비에 물과 두부를 넣고 10분정도 데웁니다. (Boil tofu in a pot with water for 10 minutes)
신김치는 적당한 크기로 잘라서 기름을 두른 팬에 볶습니다. (Cut kimchi into middle piece and fry it on oiled pan)
따뜻해진 두부를 건져서 접시에 예쁘게 썰어 놓고 가운데 볶은 김치를 올리면 됩니다. (Take tofu out of water and slice it. Put the fried kimchi on the center of plate)

너무 간단한가요? (Too simple?)
돼지고기를 좋아하시는 분은 김치를 볶을 때 돼지고를 넣어도 좋습니다. (If you like porks you can fry porks with kimchi)
술한잔 생각나시나요? (It makes you think Soju?)

상황에 알맞은 인사법을 사용하는 것은 매우 중요합니다.
우리말을 처음 배운 외국인이 윗사람에게 "안녕"하고 인사를 하면 웃기죠. 영어에서도 이런 일은 흔히 벌어집니다.
따라서 형식을 지켜야 할 때는 formal한 표현을 써야 됩니다.
상황에 따라서 어떻게 표현을 바꿔서 써야 하는지 보죠.

네 맘을 상하게 하려는 것은 아니었어.

~하려고 한게 아니다. 라고 말할 때 I didn't mean to ~라고 하면 됩니다.
