I've lived this city all my life

즉 for all my life라고 쓰면 틀린 표현입니다.

all day
all (the) morning
all my vacation

I have been doing vs. I have done

I have been doing
I have done

따라서 행동이 아니고 상태 동사인 know, like, believe, mean은 Present perfect continuous시제로 사용하지 않습니다.

I've been knowing Jessica for a long time.
I've known Jessica for a long time이라고 해야 맞습니다.

예문)
Present perfect continuous Present perfect simple
How long have been reading this novel.
How many novels have you read?

It's the first time he has driven a car

It's the first time he drives a car.

He has never driven a car before.

It's the first time이 나오면 무조건 Present perfect를 쓴다고 생각하면 됩니다.

be wet behind the ears.
